Truck driver — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a truck driver in Monroe County, Iowa. You will be based at a container freight yard. You will secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; present documents at weighbridges and check posts. What we are looking for: • Valid digital tachograph card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $25 per hour plus benefits.
