Machine setter-operator — Atkinson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Atkinson County, Georgia. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. On a typical shift you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; set up and start the machine as per the job card; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
