Falsework carpenter wanted in Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Montgomery County, Kansas. Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
