CNC mill setter-operator • Kent County, Delaware

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Kent County, Delaware. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Rotating shifts.
