Groundworker • Walworth County, Wisconsin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Walworth County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a residential housing site. Requirements: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Day-to-day duties: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
