Bricklayer • Shanga, Kebbi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in Shanga, Kebbi State. The job is on a commercial construction site. The role involves: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
