We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Hardeman County, Tennessee. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
