Line cook — Scott County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Scott County, Indiana. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
