Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Clarke County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
