Head baker wanted in Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Lake County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
