Quality checker — Wyoming County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Wyoming County, New York. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Your main tasks: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans 1+ years on the tools preferred.
