Car painter — Potter County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a car painter in Potter County, Pennsylvania. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Full-time, day shift.
