Sheet metal roofer — Alpine County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Alpine County, California. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
