Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in San Patricio County, Texas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 6+ years on the tools preferred.
