Fry cook — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Clay County, North Carolina. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
