Roofing labourer — Caroline County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Caroline County, Maryland. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) On the job you will handle: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $9,500 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
