Captain waiter — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Jefferson County, West Virginia. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
