Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S On a typical shift you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts.
