Day to day you will check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
