Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Colorado County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial construction site. The role involves: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
