Falsework carpenter — Esan North-East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Esan North-East, Edo. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
