Powder coating operator — Liberty County

On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours.
