Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
