Formwork erector • York County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork erector in York County, Virginia. You will work on a residential tower site. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing You will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). 1+ years on the tools preferred.
