Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Jefferson County, Indiana. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Part-time with flexible hours.
