Construction helper wanted in Geary County

Join our team: we are hiring a construction helper in Geary County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
