Turning centre operator — Robertson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Robertson County, Tennessee. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T We offer $28 per hour plus benefits.
