Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Greater London, England. You will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites We offer £15 per hour plus benefits.
