FLT driver — Nelson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a FLT driver in Nelson County, Virginia. The job is at a container loading yard. On a typical shift you will read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
