Ideal candidate: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Your main tasks: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
