Flatlock machine operator — Asa

Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Asa, Kwara State. Day-to-day duties: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
