Halal butcher wanted in Oron

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Oron, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
