Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line.
