Fusing press operator — Shenandoah County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Shenandoah County, Virginia. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day-to-day duties: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing Full-time, day shift.
