Immediate opening: commercial refrigeration engineer (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Newton County, Texas. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. The role involves: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
