Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Obi, Nasarawa State. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Rotating shifts. ₦210,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
