Elevator technician wanted in Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Monroe County, Iowa. Day to day you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; run load and overload tests with test weights; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Full-time with occasional weekends.
