Kitchenhand • Wasagu-Danko, Kebbi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Wasagu-Danko, Kebbi State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
