Plant operator — Middlesex County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Day-to-day duties: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Full-time with occasional weekends.
