CNC programmer-operator — Pottawattamie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 1+ years on the tools preferred.
