Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Cheatham County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
