Concrete placer — Hamilton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Hamilton County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Day to day you will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
