Now hiring: we are hiring a trailer driver in Jasper County, Missouri. You will work at a container freight yard. You should have: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules The role involves: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
