Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
