Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Menard County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
