Join our team: formwork carpenter (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters 6+ years on the tools preferred.
