We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Randolph County, Illinois. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. You will grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Performance bonus on top of base pay.
