Bread and bun maker wanted in Hancock County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hancock County, Tennessee. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
