Scullery hand • Monroe County, Pennsylvania

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
