Dough maker — Union County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Union County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
